Aldermoor and Greenmarch are built, which is roughly the first eight levels. The plan is to open the server once Thistlewood is finished and there is a genuine dungeon at the end of the road — a login screen with three maps behind it is not worth anyone's evening.
The roadmap is honest about where that has got to.
The Intersect client is a self-contained folder. Unzip it anywhere, run the executable, make a character. It updates itself from the server when the game does.
Windows, macOS and Linux builds all come from the same project.
A 2D tile engine drawing 32-pixel tiles asks very little: any machine from the last decade, roughly 500 MB of disk, and a network connection. There is no GPU requirement worth stating.
The roadmap page is updated as each phase lands, and every screenshot on this site is taken from the live build rather than mocked up. If a zone appears in Media, it exists.
